Pre-construction

Early involvement is a key to a successful and timely project. We feel that understanding and discussing owner’s needs and requirements are key prior to beginning a successful project. Plan review for bidding Accurate and Buildable plans are crucial to a projects timeline, our review process helps ensure all parties to the project are on the same page, with the same goals which result in saving our clients time and money on each project.

Closeout

You can expect systematic, disciplined and efficient closeout of your project. We pride ourselves on closing out projects quickly and on time. That means we don’t move staff off the project before it’s complete, we hold ourselves responsible to the final punch list, and are quick to manage any warranty issues if they arise.
